We keep this simple and honest, because that is how we do business. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and what our tools record.
What you give us
When you contact us or fill in a form, we collect what you type — your name, phone number, email, and a description of what you need help with. For certain services we may need a few more details relevant to that specific work, and we will only ask for what is necessary.
What our website records automatically
Like most websites, ours collects some information on its own so we can tell what is working and what is broken:
- Analytics and session replay. We use Microsoft Clarity. It records how visitors move through our pages — clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement — and can replay an anonymized version of that visit so we can see where people get stuck. It also collects your approximate location (country or region), browser, device type, and referring page.
- What it does not capture. Clarity is configured to mask text typed into form fields. We do not use it to read what you type, and we do not use it to identify you personally.
- Cookies. These tools set small files in your browser so repeat visits are recognized as the same session. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site still works.
- Fonts. Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of serving that request.
Why we collect it
For two reasons: to provide the services you ask us for and reach you about your request, and to make the website better. That is it. We do not build advertising profiles.
Who can see it
Only our team, plus the service providers named above who process it on our behalf. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with outside parties for their own marketing. We will disclose information if the law genuinely requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and customer records are kept as long as we are working together and afterwards for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and legal reasons. Analytics data expires on the provider's own schedule, which is currently about one year.
How we protect it
We use secure, access-controlled tools, and we limit who on our team can see sensitive information. We take protecting your data seriously — it is personal to us, not paperwork.
Your choices
You can contact us any time to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will take care of it. You can also turn off cookies in your browser, or use your browser's Do Not Track setting, and you can opt out of Clarity entirely by blocking scripts from clarity.ms.
Children
Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not quietly broaden what we do with your data.
